Heavenly and I enjoyed the day at the Champlain Valley Fair last Saturday (9/4/2021). We started with some fries from the Lion’s Club. Went to see the Flying Cortez acrobats and the Racing Pigs. Then we went to see the exotic animals tent. After that we visited the exhibition center, saw Companion’s latest record setting pumpkin, the bonsai trees, photo gallery and more. We had some blooming onions, We went to a cooking demo (battered risotto). Watched the parade featuring horses. Caught a Steve Bayner Show. Then ended the day watching the Titans of 80’s Rock Tribute Show that featured Rock of Ages, a Def Leppard Tribute band!
