I know it’s been over a month since I’ve posted. I’ve so much on plate lately and things are finally settling down.
It seems that the $124 billion emergency supplemental spending bill for the War in Iraq has been unpopular with both Republicans and some strong anti-war protesters.
Vermont could follow in New York City’s footsteps in passing legislation that would ban restaurants and other eateries from preparing and serving food that contains trans fats.
Last week I was asked by Steve Ekberg, chair of the Burlington Green Party, to help create a website for them. I’ve already got it started and online for you to check out at: www.burlingtongreenparty.org.

Wow, what a storm! Over the weekend, Heavenly and I finally finished clearing our driveway of snow. We shoveled 3 times on the day of the storm, a couple times after and then finally cleared a second spot for visitors on Sunday.
Many have now heard about Republican state representative Thomas Koch’s distracted driving bill.
Yeah, due to some last minute saving maneuvers by some wonderful UVM students, a few events have been saved from the chopping block.
