Bangor Maine Makes It Illegal to Smoke in Cars
The Bangor Maine city council recently approved a smoking ban in vehicles where kids are present.

VFW vs. the State
On March 16th, it was reported that the VFW Post 7779 in Hyde Park went to battle against to state in regards to the smoking ban extension to private clubs. They held a meeting and voted to reinstate smoking at the club.

It’s now official… no smoking in any public or private bars, restaurants and clubs. It’s unbelievable to me… The businesses along with their employees and customers cannot even decide on their own whether they want to allow smoking or not.
